We established Choco-lori in 2008. In the early days we did not set out to have a business, we were just following our love of making chocolates and cakes. Every Christmas or special occasion we would make chocolates for family and friends.

We decided (Louise and Anne) to try and sell our products at farmers markets, pleasantly surprised at the popularity of our product, we realised that we had a future enjoying what we love to do most.

Perhaps the popularity of our chocolate is largely to do with our concept and unique ideas?

All our chocolates are made with quality Belgian chocolate, in small batches, from our own recipes or adapted traditional confectionary recipes which we find on our travels. 

We are passionate about producing fresh, non additive, preservative free and tasty, unique chocolate. 

We use fresh ingredients when ever possible e.g fresh mint leaf in our peppermint thin, freshly ground Sumatran coffee beans in our choco-coffee, and the zest and juice of fresh orange and lemons in many of our other products.
